Additional informations
The CNRS/LIMSI laboratory is located in Orsay, a small city approximately 25 km south of Paris. To provide easy access and optimize travel times, a free bus service will be organised for all EuroVR-EVE 2010 participants for travelling between Paris and Orsay at the beginning and at the end of each day of the meeting. The average duration of this bus trip is 1 hour for each.
The main bus stop in Paris will be Place Denfert Rochereau close to the RER train and Metro stations (see Paris map). This location is in the Paris-Montparnasse area, where a large choice of hotels is available (see list of hotels). The time-table of this bus service is:

- 19h00-19h15: Bus departure for the dinner at the Wine Museum of Paris
